How do I place an order?

It's easy.  Just click on the Make My Pinpaper link in the top of your screen and then follow the on-screen instructions.  If you would like to get an overview of how the process works, you can check out our How It Works section and watch the video.

Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?

Yes!  Just email us at hello@pinpaperpress.com with email subject CHANGE to Order#X (make sure to include your order #) within 24 hours and let us know what kind of change you want to make.  We will then confirm back the best way get your change made and work with you to make sure the order is what you want.

How long does it take to prepare my order?

Your Pinpaper wrapping paper will ship within 3 business days from the date you placed your order on our site.

Can other people print my Pinpaper?

No. Since Pinpaper Press is an on-demand print service, we only ever print what YOU specifically create and order.  We keep your Pinpaper artwork on hand for up to 21 days after your order in case we ever need to refer to it or reprint it for you in the case of a misshipment, but it is never made public and never made available for another customer to purchase.   

I forgot to include the promotional code I was given. Can I still get the discount?

Send us an email at hello@pinpaperpress.com with the email subject APPLY MY CODE to Order#X (make sure to include your order #) making sure to include the code you wish to apply and we will look into it for you.  Please note we can only make adjustments within 5 days of your order or the code expiration date, whichever comes first.

Do you have gift cards I can purchase?
