Where do you ship from?

All Pinpaper Press orders are printed and shipped from upstate New York in the United States.

Do you ship outside the US?

Yes.

What will my wrapping paper be shipped in?

All Pinpaper Press orders are shipped in 26"L x 2.5"W shipping tubes. The wrapping paper is rolled and inserted in the tube along with a packing slip and some additional collateral from Pinpaper Press.  Make sure that your destination can accept packages of this dimension before you place your order.

When will my package ship?

All Pinpaper Press orders are shipped within 3 business days of the order date. Please bear this in mind when selecting your shipping service.

What US shipping services do you offer?

For any order of 4 batches or less:

USPS 1st Class or USPS Retail Ground (typically 2-9 business transit days)
UPS Ground (typically 3-5 business days)
UPS 3-Day (3 business days, guaranteed)
UPS 2-Day (2 business days, guaranteed)
UPS Overnight (1 business day, guaranteed, typically by 3pm)

For any order to be delivered to a recipient outside the US:

USPS First-Class Package Int'l Service (transit varies by destination)
UPS Worldwide Expedited (typically 3-5 business days)

What do I need to know if I am shipping outside the US?

For shipping outside the United States, you might be required to sign for the package to receive the item, so please choose an address where someone will be available to receive the package during business hours.

Some countries outside the United States may require you to pay additional import tax, duties and related Customs fees for the shipment before you can take receipt.  Note, these payments must be made in addition to the amounts already paid to Pinpaper Press for the shipping of your order.  In general, printed wrapping paper is either a very low duty or duty free altogether, but that varies from country to county, so please make sure to check with your local customs office before placing your order to ensure that you know how much you will have to pay in total to receive your merchandise.
