Sales and Shipping

These Sales and Shipping Terms (“Sale Terms”) apply when you purchase products (“Merchandise”) from the Pinpaper Press, LLC (“PP”) websites, the mobile application, any social media sites, or through the telephone (collectively, the “Websites”).  By purchasing Merchandise from the Websites (the “Order”) you agree to be bound by these Sales Terms, the PP Privacy Policy and the PP Terms of Service (collectively, the “Terms”).  While these Sale Terms are subject to change at any time in PP’s sole discretion, the governing Terms will be those in place at the time of your Order.

Order and Acceptance

If you do not receive an email from PP confirming receipt of an Order then you are directed to contact the PP customer service department at hello@pinpaperpress.com.  Once you place your Order, an Order confirmation will be sent to either the email address on your account or the one you provided during checkout. This confirmation will include your unique Customer ID number, a sales receipt number, a list of Merchandise purchased as well as the shipping and payment methods you have selected.

Please note that PP’s confirmation of receipt of your Order does not equate to PP’s acceptance of your Order.  Your Order will be deemed to be accepted when the requested Merchandise has been shipped by PP.  PP reserves the right to refuse acceptance of any Order for any reason.  Reasons for refusal of an Order include but are not limited to: (i) refusing an Order from a customer who has a history of placing fraudulent orders; and (ii) refusing an Order if the customer has been involved in any form of payment dispute.

Some Orders may not be processed due to erroneous information that you have provided.  If your Order is not processed contact a Pinpaper Press Assistant via email at hello@pinpaperpress.com.

Delayed Shipment or Unavailability of Merchandise

If Merchandise becomes unavailable or if there is an error pertaining to the shipment of the Merchandise, then PP reserves the right to cancel the Order.  If this occurs, PP will notify you via email to either the email address on your account or the one you provided during checkout so that you are aware of the situation.

Shipping

We ship from our production studio in Connecticut.  It is our experience, but we cannot guarantee, that most packages shipped from our location will reach practically any destination within the contiguous United States within 7 business days.  Shipping and handling rates will depend on the value of the Order, the location to which the Merchandise is being shipped, and the delivery date that you request.  PP offers expedited services such as two-day and overnight shipping for the benefit of a guaranteed delivery at an additional expense reflected at the time of the Order.  To help ensure that your Merchandise arrives on time, please make sure to leave at least day or two extra for unexpected delays.

Order Tracking

Once you place your Order, an order confirmation will be sent to either the email address on your PP account or to the email address you provided during checkout of your Order.  This confirmation will include your unique Customer ID number, a sales receipt number, a list of items purchased as well as the shipping and payment methods you have selected.

In addition, depending on the shipping service you choose, an order tracking number will be sent to you via email once your order has been processed, packaged and picked up at our studio.  Simply click on the tracking number link in the email sent to you after you place your Order to track your Merchandise on its journey to your front door.

Returns and Exchanges

While we would love to say we can accept returns, the on-demand printing nature of this service means that all sales and all Merchandise are final.  If you suspect that you have been mis-shipped or you have received the wrong Merchandise by mistake, then please let us know by sending an email to hello@pinpaperpress.com and we will work with you to make things right.

Damaged Goods

If your Merchandise is damaged when it arrives, let us know about it right away by sending us an email referencing your Order number to hello@pinpaperpress.com.

Limitation of Liability

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE WILL PP OR ITS PRINCIPALS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR OTHER REPRESENTATIVES BE LIABLE TO ANY PARTY FOR DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, AND/OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OR LOST AND/OR ANTICIPATED PROFITS PERTAINING TO A SALE OF MERCHANDISE.

Disputes

Any and all disputes arising out of, under, or in connection with these Sales Terms (including without limitation, their validity, interpretation, performance, or breach) will be adjudicated exclusively in the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut located in Bridgeport, Connecticut or the state courts located in (or having jurisdiction over) Fairfield County, Connecticut.  You expressly consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts over you.  You expressly waive any claim of forum non conveniens.  You agree to reimburse PP for its reasonable legal and professional fees and expenses of instituting or defending a lawsuit against (or by) you.  These Sales Terms, and their validity and effect, will be interpreted under and governed by the substantive laws of Connecticut, without regard to principles of conflicts of laws or statutes.
