What happens if I get the wrong wrapping paper?
Just let us know by sending an email to email@example.com with the email subject WRONG PRINTS for Order#X (make sure to include your order number) and a quick picture of the code on the bottom left of your print. This will not only help us confirm that you have received the wrong prints, but may also help us track down any other related errors. We will then reprint and reship the missing prints to you at no additional cost. We ask that you dispose of the misprinted items.
What happens if I do not want the Pinpaper wrapping paper I have received?
We want you to be happy. If there is something wrong with the quality of your order, then please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the email subject NOT GOOD ENOUGH for Order#X (make sure to include your order number) and someone from our customer service team will be in touch to understand how we can make things right.
